Hello there! I'm Amy, a passionate artist hailing from Fort William, Lochaber in the Scottish Highlands. At the age of 18, I relocated to Glasgow, where I studied Graphic Design at Glasgow Caledonian University.
I began working as a freelance Graphic Designer after University working with a range of clients from small businesses to large companies. Fuelled by my innate creativity and love for artistic expression I started my own online business designing prints and greeting cards eventually carving out a niche for myself in the LGBTQ market. However, it was during lockdown that I stumbled upon the captivating art of signwriting, and instantly, I was hooked.
Through a series of online courses and workshops, I immersed myself in the rich tradition of traditional signpainting, honing my skills and discovering a newfound passion. This journey led me to establish a presence at the iconic world famous Barras Market in the heart of Glasgow's East End, where I showcase my creations every weekend.
Today, I proudly offer a range of services encompassing both signwriting and graphic design, specializing in crafting bespoke handpainted pieces . From intricate signage to vibrant murals, I am constantly pushing the boundaries of my craft, embracing new techniques and challenges along the way.
